When an animation gets a score below 1,75/5 stars it gets blammed. If you want your animations to stay on NG you need to make them good.

To add a bit more information about this, Newgrounds moderators don't really take down animations unless they are rule-breaking. Movie guidelines can be found here:

The community decides whether an animation stays or gets blammed. It is a community vote for submissions that are under judgement in the portal.

Yes, that is exactly what I said.

Under Judgment is a phase that submissions go through where votes from the community determine if it stays or not.

I am telling you this because when you say "Newgrounds keeps taking down my animations", you are making it look like moderators took down your submission when they did not. I am just telling you the conditions when moderators take action.
